How is the meat shipped to ensure freshness?
Our meat is flash-frozen at the peak of freshness, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen or chilled at your doorstep.
Where does Ballerina Farm meat come from?
All of our beef and pork is raised directly on our farm in Kamas, Utah, or sourced from trusted neighboring mountain valley ranches that follow our strict quality standards.
When will my order ship?
To ensure your perishables don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box leaves the farm.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our perishable meat products within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) to guarantee safe transit times and product integrity.
Can I return food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
Are your animals grass-fed?
Our cattle are pasture-raised and grass-fed, often finished with high-quality grain to ensure the superior marbling and flavor profile our customers love.
